By creating an account or using Snagged, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time (see Changes below).
Snagged helps you search for jobs, track applications, and generate AI-assisted application materials such as CVs and cover letters.
We do not guarantee interviews, offers, immigration outcomes, or salaries, and we are not a recruiter, lawyer, or immigration adviser. You remain responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of anything you send.
AI outputs are drafts and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always check facts, dates, qualifications, visa status, and any claims before using them. You are responsible for what you submit to an employer.
Snagged, including its name, logo, software, design, and content, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law, with all rights reserved.
You keep ownership of the content you put in, such as your CV and notes. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content only to provide the service to you. We claim no ownership of your personal content.
Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe, and mobile subscriptions by Apple or Google. Renewal, cancellation, refund, and trial terms are shown at purchase. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time.
You can delete your account in the app under Settings. Some records may be kept where the law requires, such as payment and tax records and abuse-prevention logs.
No unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, credential theft, malware, spam, or attempts to get around our security controls.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other laws that cannot be excluded.
If we change these terms, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Snagged after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, unless consumer law in your own country requires otherwise.
